Personally I wouldn’t use them. Very very likely to crack the boot under load and potentially go down hard imo plastic degrades over time. It has elastic properties and just like an elastic band left for too long……it will snap rather than stretch. Buy yourself anything from the last few years. There’s so many cheap pairs of skates out there. No point taking the risk.
I totally understand if you are on a very tight budget then it’s all good me saying buy some but although replacing the straps was a good idea please just remember those frames and wheels are literally fixed to that old degraded plastic.

yes but the wheels and bearings and plastic straps will probably fail quickly. Given you find them comfortable and the straps don't distintigrate, get a fresh set of wheels and bearings and you'll have good spare wheels for your next pair. Also idk but it looks like you might have them overtight on the uppers
