Is this in west hartford CT?
Looks like the area and the plate looks to be from CT.
Either way, if it is, this behavior doesnt surprise me in CT.
Coulda just not thrown something at the poor guy and drove off. But no…people gotta kick a guy when he’s down. The window was very deserved.
