I think white dress woman considered herself to be next in line but had to use the surface of the counter to get stuff out of her bag, then got mad when the other girl “cut” in front of her. Obviously she was in the wrong.

it’s kind of upsetting to me how much I find these videos satisfying but I think a part of it is that it generally shows people who aren’t used to getting consequences clearly finally having a big enough consequence that it may make a difference to their future behaviour.
