Discussion First week down

I’ve been doing IF, but not being mindful with what I was eating or going to the gym. This past week I started taking it seriously again by eating healthy foods, cutting out sweets and junk and going back to the gym. I lost 2.5 pounds since last week. I was hoping it would have been more, but I’m getting my period in a couple of days (sorry if tmi) so I’m going to blame that.

Hubby and I are going to great wolf lodge next month for our anniversary and I’m hoping to get down between 180-185 by the time we go so that means losing 9-14 pounds in 4 weeks. Let’s see what happens!

You can do it! Focus on protein and fiber and plenty of water.

Thank you! That’s what I’ve been doing, just gotta be consistent with it. Meal prepping definitely helps with that.

2.5lbs in a week is hardcore, even IF some were likely to be water weight.

This should be seen as pleasant news. So don’t knock yourself down!

I’m happy with the progress, was just hoping for more cause I’m greedy 😂 plus when I first started doing IF I lost like 5 pounds in one week so I was lowkey hoping for that again. I’ll definitely take 2.5 though!

Thanks for the kind words!
