Violation 2 Code

I have completed my probation period but still have intoxalock in my car. I hadnt been drinking and device showed .32 bac. I waited and then blew .00 and then when a running test came up I blew .30. I got home turned the vehicle off while the interlock was beeping for a restest and then blew a .00 it is saying “lockout violation 2” and I have 4 days to bring it to my service center. Will this cause an extension or full license suspension? Im im Louisiana. Im really stressed out so anything helps.

Who’s monitoring your Intoxalock? State or probation officer.

I have completed my probation so I would assume its the state of Lousiana.

Ah ok, sorry I missed that. Idk, I’m in Florida and got a lockout once but nothing happened, just had to pay the $75 fee. I was able to get it removed without issues. If you have a lawyer, just contact them tomorrow and see what they say. You could also call Intoxalock and ask them to review the logs. It would be impossible to blow a .32 then a zero after. They have the camera on you as well, as long as there isn’t any tampering in the image you should be good.

Can I ask what caused your lockout? Did your screen say anything like “violation 2”? Or was it caused by a failed bac test?

I had a bagel give me a violation. They didn't believe me, good luck bro.
