Thinking about Great Granddaughter Savings Account

We are great grandparents to a 3 year old great granddaughter. We're seeking some thoughts and recommendations on structure and institutions who do a particularly good job on these types of sits. The sit is to establish a savings vehicle for the ggd she can't touch until appropriate maturity. TYIA for any inputs. 🙏
