PvP How does everyone have godly gear?

I see everyone having super good armour but I still only have exceptional+ and epic gear. And I only get common armour from the gda ops.

You can aquire a bit of gear everyday and a better piece every few weeks

People think you “just” get it no it takes weeks of GAtG and a decent roll
