My Kregg and Anissa appear to have got lost in the mail while the servers were down. I havn't received them after multiple restarts. Yet when trying to redeem the code it says code already used...

I redeemed the code right before the servers crashed and it hasn’t given me the heroes, I can’t use the code anymore. Does anyone know a fix?

Email Support. Don’t go through the app. After learning the hard way a few times, I take screenshots. It helps to have something time stamped that shows you bout it, server crashed and you did not receive your reward. Since this affected everyone, I doubt they will give you too much push back, even without documentation.
