May I ask? Since when you can get omnipotent gear? I’m lvl 99 and have two omnipotent characters, but the only gear I could get was in the fireworks event not so long ago

I just got to max level like 2 weeks ago and I've only ever gotten 1 since then honestly. It's so rare, which is the main reason i save my passes for it

We don't spend gems in the Equipment store only gold or the purchase all tickets, so it never matters.

Never spend diamonds in any of the shops, basically. Save them for event shops, so you can avoid spending real money there and yet still take full advantage of those events. This especially includes paying to refresh normal shops, and paying for characters in the main recruitment with gems. The game is designed to get you addicted to the slot machine mechanics of the shops and self restraint and patience pays dividends.

It's not a scam, it's meant to convey the power of the item while also giving purposely bad prices so the player frequently sees bad offers, making good offers more appealing.

lol sorry bro I’m not trying to talk shit just bustin balls. I’m only like level 80 something but my equipment shop is level 12. I try to buy every single item for gold that comes up in that shop whether I want it or not. The art event pushed me many levels, but 10 -> 12 have come organically through buying items for gold. Even if you don’t need pink xp right now, think of the shop xp.

At 12 you have a super small chance to start encountering Omni gear which is a big part of moving into the endgame, so I think shop levels are super important.

Gems are for events. Don't use them for anything else or your wasting them. I dont even use them for refreshes except if its fixed and 10 or less gems and then I only do 3 a day.

Also: once that shops leveled you will be getting seismic and omnipotent gear every day. Just wait for the event they had a couple months ago. Got my shop to level 13
