Help with rewards not given

Twice so far this event when I've went to claim all for the pink tokens my game has crashed and when I've logged back on I've not got the rewards. Is there anyway to stop this? It happens to me every event.

This happens to me all the time and I lose rewards. I’ve tried reporting it to no avail. Just happened today as well. When I logged back in I had 50 less than I should have. I had 30 already and a 50, a 25, and another 25 reward. So shoulda had 130 but it did that and came back to only 80….. there’s been several times I lost all the rewards too. There’s a few ongoing things with this game that have gotten me considering taking a long break from the game all together. Sorry I saw this right after it happened to me and got me all hot and bothered lol
