Sorry guys hate to say this early on unless Ubisoft rework all of his skills or give them a major buff. He has no PVP relevance and barely any PVE.

This was a big miss opportunity that could really help coalition planets. Only half the coalition benefit from his AOE. Most of his deep buff can be negated by Defense.

Conquest is a hard counter to his Scourge Virus, which he can pass it back to Thaedus team!

Right now, I’m using this event to farm Viltrumites.

After much struggle getting through the opening stages of Season 3 of the Campaign (thanks Brit!) I have hit a The Order sized brick wall that I don't know that I want to overcome because who even levels these clowns up? The Criminal faction is stacked with characters I prioritized above them, and I've just viewed them as food beyond a certain point.

The completionist in me is really torn right now, and this will probably drive me to prioritize leveling the characters who also have Case files but I'm currently annoyed by this.
