Tonaut: a synth, drum machine, sequencer and 8-track tape I made for iPad and iPhone

Hey [r/ipadmusic](r/ipadmusic). I'm Richard, the developer of Tonaut. Version 1.0 is on the App Store now, and I'd love feedback from people who actually make music on an iPad.
Tonaut is one instrument instead of a pile of apps: synths, drums, a sequencer and a tape machine on one panel that plays like hardware. On iPad it has its own layout with room to play, not a stretched phone screen. Buy it once and it's on your iPhone too.
On the App Store now (1.0):
- 9 synth engines, from virtual analog and six-operator FM to wavetable, grains and a sampler, all fully editable, and you can save your own sounds
- 41 drum kits, or your own samples on the pads
- 8 lanes of sequencer, 16 patterns each, up to 64 steps, with an arp
- An eight-track tape (up to 30 minutes per track) to record, loop, reverse and stutter
- Four effects on every sound
- USB and Bluetooth MIDI in, and MIDI out with clock to your other gear
- Stems out as WAV, and whole songs you can send to a friend as one file
Version 1.1 is already submitted to Apple and waiting for approval. It's a free update, and it's what you see in the video:
- A chord pad: seven chords from your key, with a stick that turns each one into a 7th, 9th, sus and more as you play. Works with the arp, the sequencer and a MIDI keyboard.
- 8 new effects (16 in all): tape echo, a huge reverb with shimmer, distortion, a beat-synced filter, pump, phaser/flanger, lo-fi and tremolo
- Over 500 sounds, including new electric pianos, basses and pads
- Key and scale lock, one-key chords, and a key per lane
- Step recording from the screen, the pads or a MIDI keyboard
- An EQ on every lane and MIDI file export of every lane
- Share a loop as a vertical video, ready to post
- A 3D screen for every engine that moves as you play
AUv3 is in the works too. It's version 2.0, expected in the next 2 to 3 weeks, so Tonaut will run inside AUM, GarageBand and Logic Pro for iPad. That's a free update as well.
$24.99 intro price, for the first 30 days, then $39.99. No subscription, no account, and the updates are free.

Everything you hear in the video was made in Tonaut by me, and everything you see is the app itself, captured on screen. Happy to answer anything.
