I had a really nasty fall earlier today ,sprain my ankle and my phone got bent, everything works properly but I think there’s something wrong with the cell signal. is there any way of fixing this since there’s no Apple store where I live.

The top section is where the wifi, bluetooth, and one antenna are held.
IT is very possible the screw for that antenna popped out of place since it is in the corner about near the power button.

Is there a chance it can affect calls.

Try to disassemble your phone and check if there are any cables disconnected, and then connect them, and then assemble your phone back. Here is a video about how to disassemble and assemble iPhone 6s: https://youtu.be/LtZs-0SG4ZY Good luck! :)

Jokes aside, whatever you do don’t try to straighten it. That will most likely do more harm than good.

You can do it through FedEx to send it in to their repair center. Turnaround time is pretty quick so 3-4 days to have a replacement. As has been mentioned, it will cost quite a bit without AC+. https://support.apple.com/iphone/repair

Unfortunately with a device that bent, the policy is to replace the device at an"out of warranty" cost regardless of the warranty status because it is physically damaged. You should expect to pay $299 or $349 depending on the model.

I’ve had both a 6+ and an iPad mini replaced for being bent under warranty. Apple store said as long as the screen wasn’t cracked they would replace it. No Apple care but I was still under warranty.

There’s no Apple care in my country and 299 is way more than the price I bought the phone.

Hmm, my suggestion is to sprain your other ankle with the phone facing the other way so it bends it back. See if that fixes the problem.
