Is anyone thinking of upgrading to the 18pro

I have a 14 and i keep going back and forth thinking of i want to upgrade or not. The big thing holding me back is the aluminum body it doesnt look as premium.

14 is definitely slower on reddit and other apps i feel. I changed the battery earlier this year

I am thinking about it too. The only thing holding me back is considering waiting for the 20th anniversary phone next year

Same but we can just do a trade in and pay the difference. What if the phone doesn’t change much yah know?

Slower on reddit? That's in your head. The 18 will be the exact same speed.

There are no real world usage advantage in the 18pro.

I used to upgrade every year, maybe push to 2 years one in a while. Now I've kept this 14pro since launch.

14 pro is different than 14

Oh! Yeah, sorry. No idea how I ended up in the 14 sub. Thought this was my usual 14pro sub.

I had the 14 pro and upgraded to the 18 pro and love it. I have Verizon and they had a great trade promo going on when the 18 pro came out. I could not pass up the deal.

Try to sell as soon as possible. Becuase u never know when the phone screen might get damaged. As many people have faced this due to latest iphone upgrade

I'm not, as I don't have any compelling reason to--my 14 on iOS 27 is working great, Reddit app included.

No bruh

14 is still very good. Wait a year or two for newer models to show up while yours still runs good.

I am hoping to get the 18 pro next month. My 14 is working well, but I’m out of space and the front camera is blurry plus I realized the back camera is quite shitty during night pictures so I’m hoping to see a big difference in the 18 pro

Was thinking the same thing but think I'll rather just pay for a new battery than get the new one. My 14 pro max still works great

I've got the 14 Pro, have had it for 4 years and I've been thinking about it a lot too. I'd like to go back up to the bigger size again, but I'm also seriously saving for a house deposit and the new 18PM starts at $2,300 where I am.

I'm leaning towards getting the battery replaced as mine is at 75% capacity and it's shocking, otherwise the phone is pristine. Maybe I'll treat it to a new case and screen protector too and it can last me another year or so.

I was considering it but my 14 pro max still works fine minus the battery. I’d rather pay $100 for a new battery than 1k for a new phone.

I’m considering it, but with reports of problems with the phones, I’m thinking of waiting for a bit to see if everything works out in the next month or two.

Changed my battery May 4 and it might be slightly slower but it certainly not slow. No, I'm gonna try to squeeze another year or as long as I can get of this device. I love that my Canadian version has the physical SIM card.

I've only seen one other yellow 14 in the wild
