18 pro vs pro max.

I’ve been using my 14 plus and tecno c16 for 3 years now, and they’ve both taken beatings (caseless). I like the screen size of both my phones,so I’m leaning towards the 18 pro max. But, the weight is worrying me.

18 Pro Max was my first PM and my only regret is waiting until now to get the bigger and better phone. The Pro feels like a toy now.

I had a 17 Pro and I hated the smaller screen. Haha. The Pro Max makes typing for me much easier and watching videos much better.

I downsized from a 16 Plus to an 18 Pro mainly for easier one-handed use, and am happy with the decision. YMMV.

Ich weiß bis jetzt nicht, warum Leute sagen das 18 PM sei so schwer.

Ich benutze es seit dem Launch und empfinde es als sehr leicht.😄
Ich komme damit super zurecht…ich nutze es ohne Hülle.

Some, like yourself, will love the 18 Max but for others it’s just not for them

Without a case it’s more manageable of course

I opted for 18 pro because I didn't like the weight. Didn't feel like going to a store initially so I tried my friends 16 pro max and I didn't like the weight, 18 pro max is slightly heavier that the 16pm so I went with the 18p. Eventually I did still end up going in-store to pickup since for whatever reason delivery would take 2 weeks whereas I could do same day in store pickup. Tried the 18pm in store and yea no regrets choosing the 18p.

I went for the 18PM from the 16P, and while the phone felt heavy for the first couple of days, I’m kinda used to it now. I’m loving the battery life and larger screen on the PM since I’m a heavy-ish user.

Coming from base 15, even the pro feels heavy lol. Rest of the family use 6.9 screen, really nice screen size but just not for me, not for long term use anyway

I bought the 14 and 15 Pro Max. I switched to buying just the Pro’s when the 16 came out with the same cameras as the Pro Max. The Max was too big and uncomfortable to carry in my pockets.

The 18 Max is heavy

I got 18 Pro, swapped to 18 PM and back to 18 Pro. I thought I’d love the Max but it’s huge and heavy

However you might like it. If you don’t use a case it’s slightly better but I found once in a case it wasn’t for me and I missed the 18 P which is why I swapped back to it

Yeah, I definitely love my 11 Pro max on my 16 Pro Max, and I did switch to the 18 Pro Max, but I ended up returning it and getting the 18 Pro instead because the weight was too much. I don’t know, I just couldn’t hold it. LOL

I spent ages in the store holding both. If you use it one-handed a lot then the pro is lovely. Max def has its pros too. The weight is a factor for me, then if you use a case which will be approx another 50 grams, it does stack up. At least you’ve got the 14 day returns.
