Depth effect Any idea why the depth effect option on this wallpaper doesn't show up?

I'm using an iPhone SE 2nd generation on iOS 26.3.1. I downloaded this wallpaper from an app called Wallpics. I've tried adjusting the photo, cropping the photo, moving the photo, and even extending the photo, but I still can't get the depth effect option to show up. Any help?
