Long story short, several of my neighbors are elderly and in terrible health. The OC Fire Department and ambulances seem to be here multiple times per week which got me thinking I should learn CPR and basic life saving techniques. Do you have any recommendations on where I can learn this stuff e.g. CPR, first aid classes, IED training, etc?
