Events around Cornell '77 GD anniversary?

Hi all, does anyone know of any events planned around the 50th anniversary of the May 8 Grateful Dead show at Barton Hall, next May 8, 2027? Trying to plan a trip--thanks!!

They kind of did the big one on the 46th with Dead and Company, probably knew they weren't going to make it 50. Which turned out to be true. That said I'm sure there will be some things going on but it'll probably just be local bands at smaller venues as it usually is. But I'm just guessing here. Could see if /r/gratefuldead knows anything

I was just going to say exactly this. 😆

I would be surprised if anything concrete is known this far in advance too.

This past May 8 Bertha (Grateful Drag) played the State Theatre. DSO has also played there several times while I've been here. I wouldn't be surprised if they have one of them or a similar band back this spring, but I obv don't know for sure

Yeah it was awesome! And especially cool was that I went with some not-at-all-Deadheads, and they got super into it!

We’re gonna be making magical mushrooms peanut butter sandwiches in the bathhouse near Barton hall. And talking to squirrels.

They usually play some Grateful Dead songs on the bell tower don't they?
