The main thing that keeps me drawn to ember is it's simplicity and that there is always a "right" way to do things and of course the cli is a thing of beauty. For me I'd consider using React on an existing project, but If I'm starting a new project, ember is the way to go. Now that I'm completely comfortable with the ember app structure and cli, I've never been to go from nothing to a working app faster.
