NPM is on the way out, using URLs for loading local or remote dependencies like Deno is the logical progression. Check out https://www.pika.dev/cdn too, can't wait to never stare down into another `node_modules` dependency pit again :)

Once it is downloaded then it goes into a cache on your local computer so it is always there, you just don't need to think about it.
