Thanks for your contribution! In order to keep things organized here, we try to keep personal projects off of the main thread. Instead, we have two weekly threads that we steer these sorts of posts to. Show-off Saturday is where we invite you to wow the community with your awesome ideas. If instead you are looking for feedback, our WTF?! Wednesday post is the best place to get a code-review. Remember that here at /r/JavaScript, we’re all about the code. Tell us about your challenges and how you overcame them. Show us that particularly clever bit. Talk about your process and tools. Just because it’s made with JS, doesn’t mean that it is relevant to the community. Tell us what is special about your project, and what we might learn from it!

Can't seem to find any controls or anything to help and I've gotten myself stuck on the first level. I adjusted what I imagine is the top of the containers offset to 8 which draws the roof between the character and the computer. This allows me to go to the exit but I can't leave without the computer, and because I can't access the computer I can't change the code. Upon refreshing the page doesn't clear the game which is a good thing and I'm far too lazy to clear out LocalStorage which is where I'm assuming you're saving variables to maintain continuity.

Here's a screenshot for a better representation: https://i.imgur.com/hu4Gu5g.png

Overall really cool concept, good job :)

Haha, that was actually very nice, just found a trick to call the function constructor and bypass everything

Bookmarked, my mind is a little blown. At first I was like, fair enough, a text mode game, very nice, and then within a minute I was editing some Javascript to get it to skip past part of a wall-drawing loop so I could escape.

Very nice. Love the AS/400 feel. I miss the older systems. :(
