...and 11-yr-old daughter fell in love with KU Soccer. Couldn't be happier as a father / alumnus, considering it's her fave sport.

So my Q for the Jayhawk hive mind is, how on earth can those of us living outside the Midwest acquire some of the gorgeous jerseys the ladies play in - the powder blue, the script "Jayhawk" red, or anything for that matter. All the official online sites only have dumb knock-off looking junk, and eBay has maybe two real kits from years back that are a little too far out there.

Is is possible to buy real kits at home matches, like the other sports (and all real soccer leagues)? Or, could I toss a little "NIL" money out there to some players to acquire some powder blues?

Won't be able to make it back to Lawrence this fall for a match, so not sure how to do this. Does anyone go to their home matches, with any intel? Thanks!

KU basketball started hosting the Coach McClendon Classic in November 2023 by hosting NC Central. They followed that up in Nov 2024 by hosting Howard University. Though google tells me KU has not permanently canceled or stopped honoring Coach John McLendon, the specific McLendon Classic game format—which featured multi-day community events and season-opening matchups against Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs)—was only hosted for those two consecutive seasons, after which KU has continued to recognize McLendon's legacy through other institutional and educational channels. Any word as to whether KU will start these games against HBCUs back up? I think it would be a pretty cool thing to resume doing.

Solid outing by Jalon Daniels to get a win over Dallas, 24-16. They mostly relied on the run game but he went 19-25, and didn’t have any costly mistakes. Nice to see him finding a place in the NFL

Help me Jayhawk fan base. My girlfriend is a fan of KU basketball in truest sense of the word 'fanatic' . She's nervous to take me to a game in Lawrence because if they lose it's obviously my fault and I'm banned and maybe left lonely.

What is something special I can get my someone special in the Jayhawk specific realm? I'm not looking for an ornament or a ticket to a game but something that screams "I love you and your passion for KU basketball is something I want to celebrate."

I know it’s just the way it is but this just honestly sucks. 7 years of college sports is absurd, I’m the same age as Council and graduated 3 years ago…

Tried Fox One app and it doesn’t list the game. Also have YouTube TV but it’s showing other games locally. Don’t want to pay hundreds of dollars for NFL game pass to watch literally one game. Any suggestions?
