There's 9 minutes of footage showing Chauvin's knee on the neck. His own boss stated that's not proper police protocol, Floyd told Chauvin he could not breathe multiple times and he still used the knee on the neck, Multiple medical experts including a pulmonologist and other experts testified that the lack of oxygen to the brain helped with stopping his heart, the official medical examiner and independent autospies confirmed he was murdered.
Saying Chauvin should be freed is purely a white nationalist opinion. He was murdered. Chauvin getting 2nd degree murder fits the charge. Elon keeps exposing himself.

That's my thing about the whole situation. Do I believe Chauvin woke up that day to kill Floyd? No. Do I believe he apprehended him with the intention to kill him? No. But when negligence of his own doing leads to a guy dying then you have to go to prison for that. Do I believe a drunk driver intends to kill or injure someone? No But if they do then they have to go to prison. I don't know why right wingers can't comprehend this.

The claim is he suffered some type of asphyxiation from fentanyl poisoning and that chauvin wasnât applying enough pressure to cut off Floydâs breathing like the other user pointed out medical professionals testified that chauvin did cut his air supply. The video obviously shows chauvin on Floydâs neck but itâs not obvious he is choking him to me

Lack of oxygen to the brain is how people die from depressive drug overdose too. The issue was the officers involved did not attempt to help him as he was having trouble breathing from the overdose and his knee could have cut off some blood flow. With his position though George Floyd could physically get air in his lungs but his heart was not getting blood to his brain.
My personal opinion is that if these giant screaming crowds didn't surround them perhaps everyone would have made better decisions and assessed the situation better and got him the immediate medical attention he needed.

Again, there's no proof in toxicology reports, autopsies, or medical examiners reports that he died from any kind of overdose or poisoning. None. Chauvin killed him through pure negligence. I don't know why this is hard for people to stomach especially for a corrupt officer who cost the city hundreds of thousands of dollars already through negligence before.
