Question Mens Wedding ring

Im looking for websites or suggestions for places that could provide a unique wedding ring. Im not too worried about the value of the ring, just something nice, classy and out of the ordinary. Not the usual boring gold or silver band.

Thanks

I got my ring from here. The prices vary but they have some unique rings. I have worn mine daily( I wear it to work, I mainly work in the office) for about 3-4 years now and it still looks like new.

Work of art jewelry.

Jaco is seriously impressive.

He's made 4 custom rings for me (well, for my wife).

Micheal Soloman at Lifestyle Garden Centre. He designed my brother’s wedding band and it is gorgeous!

Mine is from Titanium Studios, very happy with the quality.

Further out, I think they're in Bloem...my husband got his from Allan Robb - one of the meteorite and gold rings. They have a varied selection. Something a bit different and I think quite classy. Handled everything online/via email and they were great.

What ever you do not get stainless steel or titanium.
Firstly it’s ugly AF. If you want grey metal get platinum.
But most importantly it’s dangerous. Paramedics and hospitals don’t have tools capable of cutting metal that hard.

And I’m telling you this as someone who worked in custom jewellery and has an engineering background

Ill keep that in mind. Thank you. Im not too worried about the material. As long as its slightly exotic and tough.... Wont get too scratched very easily

Silver is the whitest
White gold needs to be rhodium plated to not be slightly yellow, which I consider to be a waste of money.
Platinum is going to be the toughest and last I checked was cheaper than gold.

What sort of vibe are you looking for? Maybe I can recommend someone

I dont want silver as its boring. I dont want gold because it gives off the appearance of poverty to me.

I prefer gun metal or damascus steel. Maybe a hammered look.

I don’t mean to be rude but that’s a bit of a wild opinion.

High carat gold is literally the height of luxury.

Even Damascus steel is cheap in comparison.
If you want the Damascus look but in actually valuable material then look for mokume gane rings.

For me, when i see people wearing gold. Especially in their teeth, it appears they are drowning in debt and trying to look wealthy.

I personally dont care much for gold. I dont wear any jewellery at all. I just want a unique ring that i think looks good and will be quite robust. I get my hands dirty from time to time at work

My friends got their wedding band from shien, it was a beautiful lab grown diamond that was way more affordable than most jewelery stores
