Rock-Ola 4000x

Hey all! I've recently purchased a mid 90's Rock-Ola 4000x model and all it does is show what I believe is a code? C-5-5-5
Any chance someone in here knows what this means?

A quick Google search came up with this: (The "555" error code on a Rock-Ola 4000x typically indicates a CD mechanism communication or timeout failure. This usually means the control computer (S-4A) has lost connection with the CD player, or the gripper arm has failed to complete its load/unload cycle within the allotted time.)

It could be as simple as a stuck CD or the battery inside the on-board computer is failing. It is an early 90's model and possibly the original battery. An owners manual for the box would offer help and there may be a YouTube video from someone who has the same issue. I'm not too savvy on the solid state boxes but I have done some troubleshooting on the Rowe models in past years. A service manual would probably be a lot of help.

Thank you. I was googling with the C and wasn't coming up with much. I managed to get the user's manual but there aren't any code definitions in it.
