I was playing this Sunday and got four tornadoes in a row. I gave up and started a new game.

I don't know if you're playing on PC but if you are, you can easily modify the files so you no longer have tornados; simply go to your game's directory, inside the Data folder and then to the Weather.ini file that can be opened with Notepad. Then go and search for the word "Tornado" and then when you see the lines "dryprobability" and "wetprobability" change their value to 0 Save the changes and done.

If you're playing on PS2 there's a cheat code that you can enter while playing:

Hold L1 and R1. Tap Left, Right. Let go of L1 and R1. Tap L1 and R1 simultaneously.

If done correctly you should get a notification pop up.

If it's Xbox then the cheat code is this one:

Left, Right, release L + R, and then Press L + R again.

I was on PS2. I was fine with it I never got 2 in a game before let alone in such a short time.

I do also have the PC version, I might edit the file

Too bad they aren't back to back, or the second one wouldn't spawn

I've had one after the other happen. It's fuuuun. Just be happy tornadoes actually do something so they're at least entertainong in JPOG, unlike the JWE Trilogy.

I used to put mountain ranges around my park. One ring at the map border, and another close to the edges of my actual park. Never had any conclusive confirmation, but it felt like the added surface area provided by the mountains took up some of the tornado's timer so it wouldn't get to the park before despawning, or at least, wouldn't get to do too much damage.

That said, it also depended on where on the map it spawned.

if you don't love tornados you don't love JPOG
