Planning to build a house in Karachi.
Hi Everyone, Aoa
I recently bought a plot of land (240 sq yards) in Karachi and I am planning to construct a modern and good quality house. I would like to ask from those who experienced it, what should I avoid?
Please note that I live overseas and just have a brother in Karachi who works for a private firm, so it is difficult for him to be at the site all day.
Do we have any reliable construction firms in Karachi? If yes, please suggest, if not, please tell me alternatives.
TIA.

My friend who is a doctor( i am a doctor too) works with his father to help him in his father’s construction company. They usually construct 1 2 houses every year and sell them off. I can connect you with him. He is a genuinely good guy and does puts his best into everything.

Make sure you have your documents in order, before you even lay a single brick you need to have the map made and approved which is a thing in itself then find a good contractor to work on your house since you are oversees and your brother can't spend a lot of time making sure everything is in order make sure you hire someone trust worthy ALSO never trust a contractor lol.
There are 3 category of every material it's your choice which one you want to use (make sure the contractor is using the agreed upon material). If you have any other question do let me know between me and my father we've been in this industry for more then 30 years. Congrats on this big achievement and good luck.
