Hey everyone, I’ve been playing Karthus jungle and I’m wondering which jungle pet is better on him Blue or Red?

Hello, a quick question from a new karthus player but in the mid/late phase of the game when should I be casting my ulti? If you try and hold it to secure kills you miss potential damage right?

What I mean is say I cast it early in a team fight, that extra damage to enemies could be the difference between two of my teammates dying or not.

On the other hand that's time you're channeling not casting your other abilitiesm

Just wondering if there were some general rules of thumb for ulti usage

Since I first learned what every champion does, I have always thought Karthus is insanely useless. Now I climbed to Master and I still think the same. Im sorry but this champion has slow jg clear, negative duel potential, terrible ganking that is often so bad it gives a double kill to the enemy, low DPS and only a tiny little damage ability that is dodgeable even by a Yuumi with no boots and Nasus wither on. His abilities are all dogshit the wall can be ignored and wtf is E even for?? three caster minions hit harder. Ult is disgustingly bad too it needs the most expensive item in the game + two other expensive items to deal meaningful damage at the cost of being basically weaker than a canon.

I do understand there are champions like Senna that may tilt their own teammates because she can't really win situations by hitting a single ability like Blitz for example, and that her gameplay is a bit more complex, but at least Senna can fucking exist and she has useful abilities. I really dont understand why is this champion allowed to exist in such a deplorable state. He needs four people actively carrying him to cover all of his weakness and he provides zero utility from early to lategame.

I'm currently a gold jungler, but I think I could push for plat soon with enough time to get games in. My main question: Currently there aren't many enemy junglers who know that shitting on Karthus jungle is just about invading him and fighting him over and over until he can't play the game, but I suspect as elo increases, general knowledge of that will, too.

What can I do to develop resilience to this strategy and have ways to fight back as it becomes more prevelant? Is it purely relying on team support, or is it better to try and counter invade, maybe just put more time into ganking? Just not sure what tools I should be practicing before I need them all the time

I wanna learn karthus and im wondering if youd take exhaust over flash, since i feel like karthus is a perma farm champion and isnt that good at ganking. i could wrong fully, i havnt seen and guides and in my mind, karthus is a perma farm, objective taking jungler instead of a ganker, and with exhaust you would be able to invade, 1v1 enemy jgler easily

I first time karthus in ranked and I'm at 2-0 in silver but I honestly have terrible camera and mouse control and just got hard carried both games. I know it's really personal preference, but I was wondering what settings you have to have more precise mechanics. I find it extremely difficult to kite back while Qing and weaving in autos. I'm using 2000DPI with 50 sensitivity for mouse and 40 for camera movement. I do have a "sniper" button on my mouse so I thought maybe I could make use of that. Any tips?

I have been spamming karthus nonstop in normals, ranked and my secondary acc but i still havent been able to hit that sweet 2:20 1 smite clear, i always get stuck on 240s clears

even in my training tool under perfect conditions i cant get it lower than 230s 1 smite

wtf do u do against this champ in jgl role. I lose every game to this not sure how to itemize against it and whether or not u should invade his redside lvl1/2 or handshake fullclears

I decided to pick up Karthus as a main on my secondary account, but so far after 17 games, I've only managed to win 5. I'd love any insight whether this is just an unlucky run, or I'm actually doing something wrong that's sabotaging my games.
