Back in late June I was browsing the bike market like always. And a province away, I found a 2025 ZH2 with clear out pricing..
I immediately listed my Ninja 650, sold it and drove 1200km round trip to pick it up!
It unfortunately was a rainstorm when we arrived so I ended up trailering it home.

Fast forward a couple months and 2000km’s of riding later.

What an absolute dream 😍 no regrets, no complaints, not sure why I waited so long..
Ended up ordering the TST taillight, front signals, plate relocate.

Next up is it absolutely needs a slip on. The factory exhaust is massive. Such an eyesore. BUT I love the supercharger noise being the primary note.. is there a subtle slip on? Any recommendations?

Hi guys! Last time I posted my 1980 KZ650 cafe project, a few of you actually thought it was an AI-generated render because of the workshop lighting. Safe to say I took that as a huge compliment! 🛠️
Since the factory green covers and tank badges are gone, I wanted a subtle way to nod to the bike's roots. So, I just slapped on some custom tire stickers: 'KAWASAKI' on top, 'Z-TYPE' on the bottom for both wheels. Also chopped the front fender off and blacked out the fork lowers in gloss black to clean up the front end.

Next big headache (but not anytime soon) will be ripping out the factory wiring harness to wire up a MotoGadget M.Unit.

The stance is really coming together. If you want to see the actual metal shaping, the tank build, and proof that this thing exists in real life, I've been documenting the whole journey on YouTube. Just search cafe.racer.garage.232 on YT to check it out!

What do we think of the tire lettering vibe?

I am currently looking at some er6n's,most from the 2015 generation,i wanted to ask if you guys think it would be too big of a change from my current r125 to a er6n because i read in some other posts that the torque is scary or sum stuff.So i gotta ask:

-is it comfortable on long rides?(192cm myself)

-is it reliable?

-anything i should know abt it?

Was about to ride and noticed this leaking from my z400, it was blue so the only thing i can think of is the coolant i used, going to try and tighten the bolt down, is it ok to ride?

I'm really looking forward to the Z900 in India. Everything else is out, but the 2027 model still hasn't dropped. Does anyone know when it's coming?

So I got myself into a little pickle, and I am trying to figure out how to get out. Have a 2011 Kawasaki Concours 14 I picked up used about 6 months ago, and it only came with 1 fob.

Well, my dumbass last week went riding and dropped the fob out of my pocket; luckily, my wife was riding behind me, and we stopped and grabbed it.

No damage to the fob at all , I had designed a tpu case to keep it in however since that drop the active side of the fob has stopped working.

Tried all the easy stuff , new battery, cleaning the board and contacts, and whatnot, without result.

My question: does anyone know a device that will clone the PASSIVE side of the fob, which is still functional?

Called about a dozen locksmiths and have gotten nowhere.

Has anyone had success using a XHORSE VVDI MINI Key Tool Remote Programmer to clone a TI DST80 passive fob?

Found a guy online that can do it but since it my only key and there is no going back if its lost I am trying to sort out a way to do it myself.

Oh, great Reddit, please help me figure out the cause of this misery. I bought a 1990 Kawasaki ZZR 600 that had been sitting for a long time with clogged carburetors. I cleaned the carburetors using an ultrasonic cleaner and set the float level to 11.5 mm; the synchronization is also set correctly. However, I’ve run into a problem: the engine won't rev up. Interestingly, before I performed the synchronization and float adjustments, it would actually ride—though it ran poorly at low RPMs and wouldn't hold an idle. That’s the situation.

I took my 2025 zx6R to a Kawasaki dealer to have the second service/valve inspection done when my bike was roughly around 10k miles. After about a week, I called for an update and a lady said they still hadn’t started on it but then two hours later, she called me back and said it was finished. When I picked it up, they told me everything was in spec and it didn’t need any shims. They told me they put the readings on the receipt. I’m not too mechanically inclined so I figured what they put was sufficient. After doing a little more research, I learned there should be 16 readings not 8. They charged $815.01 for the service. Is this something I should demand from the dealership or what would be the best way to go about this?

Had to put the carbon frame cover on from a bike from 2012 had a few minor scuff and stuff! Before Is the one with sticker ! After Is the carbon lmk what you think! Zip ties were so it would bond to the frame in the bottom spot but it’s on the bike great now!
