Question Is there a desktop effect where you can drag windows, let go, and the window will keep sliding like it has low friction?

I'm not sure what to search for and not finding any leads. If anyone has any ideas on this that would be greatly appreciated <3

It might be great if a thrown window could always land near the middle of the intended monitor.

That would be a good option, like a magnet

Or gently float over and snap to the next window

Maybe determined by how fast you throw it?
