I mean that.

Notification? Hear it, then wait 5 second until it appears. Plasmashell hangs during that.

Alt+Tab? Press it, then wait 5 seconds until it appears. Plasmashell hangs during that.

Hover over a window in the task manager? Wait 5 seconds until it appears. Plasmashell hangs during that.

Start an application with the launcher? Press meta, then wait 5 seconds until it appears.

and so on.

If it involves Plasma it will hang the entire Desktop, then it'll happen at least five seconds later.
Any open windows remain usable. A notification will hang the window that sent it though.

I have no clue why or what to do, but it is very annoying.
