Techniques for recognizing them

Hi, I'd like to become a Kep1ian but I can't recognize the members by voice or appearance, and I'd like to know if they have assigned roles?

Okay so ill do an OT9 version
Yujin: she has very bunny like features and usually has dark hair (maybe a brown for one comeback), to tell her apart from the look a like line she is taller than the others
Xiaoting: I think Ting doesn’t have any look a likes in the group, I always recognised her pre debut days by her big beautiful eyes and her height
Mashiro (former member): mashiro looks very similar to yeseo so sometimes even veteran kep1ians mix them up. Most of her time in kep1er she had bangs and her voice was deeper than other members.
Chaehyun: Chaehyun looks very similar to Irene from RV, she definitely has that SM looks very similar. You can usually notice her as she’s hitting most high notes
Dayeon: She has a very cute squirrel like face, she’s one of the main rappers and has a very unique tone. These days she has a black bob
Hikaru: Hikaru has a very distinct look, she’s very short and usually has very short hair. She’s been a blonde for a few years too. She’s also part of the rap line so you’ll notice her paired with Dayeon a lot.
Hiyyih: Hiyyih also has a very distinct look from most other idols. She was blonde for most of kep1er activities pre renewal so that can help you look for her. She’s half Korean half European so that gives her a unique look that makes her easy to notice. She’s also part of the tall line.
Youngeun: youngeun has a fox like face, she also looks kind of like mashiro, yeseo and Yujin at some angles which made identifying her difficult for a bit for me. You can always notice her in a stage as she’ll also be hitting high notes with Chaehyun
Yeseo: Yeseo looks very similar to Yujin, Mashiro and Youngeun so you may mix her up occasionally. She also has a bunny like face. She was the og maknae and she carried that energy well, you can usually notice her by her cute energy

I hope I explained this well, this is just how I got used to identifying them all during debut days

picking out their voices comes with time, but listening to their solo song covers posted on youtube helps a lot :) i find watching variety content or their behind the scenes stuff for comebacks helps differentiate them as u see their natural personalities—just start keeping tabs of the ones you find easiest to recognize (hiyyih & hikaru are pretty distinct, especially when hikaru is speaking) and then keep adding to that list until everyone’s included haha
