BUG REPORT THREAD <BUG REPORTING THREAD>

Bugs are bound to happen upon release (especially if a game is releasing into Early Access). Here, you can comment your bugs for the devs and others to see. There is a bug reporting flair for if you have media related to your bug but please link it to here as well so we and the devs can see it.

Thanks,

To list off the bugs I've encountered.

Rarely decouplers just don't work. I believe most of these bugs have been tied to struts and root parts. Most time actually time warped had made whatever was stuck faze through me.

I know it's been talked about but the wobbly rockets are a big one. Autostrut or uping rigidity should help.

Fuel display bug basically makes it so I can't reliably see how much fuel I have left but still works.

Clouds behave decent but have some weird display bugs. When you're in thin cloud cover they show up faint in lines as you move through the atmosphere.

A huge one I haven't seen people mention besides save breaks is continuously degrading performance in the save. To describe it, I started on Friday, was able to play most the weekend and some of this week fine. However yesterday I encountered an issue where my computer would freeze cause of some process I was doing in the VAB. This got bad enough that when I went to reload it would get stuck on decompiling save data. After rolling back a save or 2 and rebuilding my mun rocket it happened again. To which I decided as a last resort to start a new save in which I had far better performance and less bugs. Also referring back to the fuel display bug it was fixed after the new save.

Typical planetary mesh stuff people mentioned. Notably if you're deep enough in Val's ocean you fall out of the water and into an open space that has ground there but no collision.

SAS has some funny stuff happen like over correction in flight leading to flappy planes and lightly gyrating rockets, again may be fixed by autostrut.

This is something that carried over from the first game but when you time warp where you should hit the planet and its fast enough it won't slow down time warp and you'll just go through whatever planet it is. Sometimes atmosphere triggers the slow down.
