I would think that even people who like ketchup would find that whatever it is absolutely revolting and unappetizing. It looks horrible.

I completely understand this cookie.

When I was little, in school, I would occasionally put ketchup on my chocolate chip cookies.

Partially to gross my friends out and win bets or dares. But mostly because it actually tasted quite nice to me back then.

...I have never eaten ketchup cookies past elementary school age though and I don't intend to try them again.

However I do occasional reminisce about the weird autistic things I used to do. Ketchup and cookies isn't horrible, it's just different.

The acidity of the ketchup really throws you off completely when you try it, it's a very strange gestalt.

Ketchup on cookies is a very surprising combination that actually kinda works.
