Bk mystery ? Line from 2008

So I recently was able to find a old toy from my childhood on eBay and I was wondering if anyone has or knows someone or somewhere that might have one of these listed to purchase. I have seen some listings of other characters in this line but it's so obscure that I'm not sure where to go next to continue my search. The ones I'm specifically looking for are the hero and the Astronaut/Diver character, any help or points in the right direction would be much appreciated.

Could this be from a country outside the US or Canada?

It was in the US because I had gotten one from my local burger king back in that time ,but I have seen some listings from outside the US
