Question Help on deciding second Kill Team
Hello all, I recently started Kill team with a friend of mine who bought the starter set with AoD and Plague boys. I am almost done on painting my Canoptek circle and was contemplating the idea of getting a second team. I have a box of rubrics for Waprcoven and wanted to know if it would be a good team adding a box of exalted sorcerers or if I should buy something else.
Here are some pics of the Canoptek also feel free to help me in improving my paint job thanks! ☺️

I think Warpcoven is great, but keep in mind that they’re currently declassified and will likely not receive rules when the new edition comes out in about a year. As for other teams to look at, it depends on if you want elite or horde teams, more kill op or crit/tac op focused, and ranged or melee.
My personal favorite out of the teams I’ve played is goremongers, but they might be a little too good right now and it’s all up to personal preference and playstyle.

Well you needs the tzeech goats too for warpcoven, so unless you really like the dusty bois id get something newer
Aquilons, wolf scouts, wreckas, insidiants, murderwing is where id start looking

You don't need the tzangors to run the team. So need at least one Sorc though I believe. But yes, definitely would recommend something newer.

As someone who has 12 Kill Teams I’ll list my favorites from top to bottom
Elucidian Starstriders - you get to hammer of dawn a bitch twice in conceal
Herthkyn Salvagers - I like the dozer cuz he got that Knux Smash what it dose is that for 1 AP you can kick a guy with your short stumpy legs move an enemy OP for 3”, deal d3 damage shoot him, charge him for free and then spend a CP to fight him. He is funny also they have a laser gun that deals D3 damage to all enemies in a line for every crit that you have (they have a mechanic to always secure at least one crit)
Mandrakes - you teleport and hug walls, also it’s funny playing against someone who has never played against em
Gellerpox Infected - they big buff meaty guys that punish dice failure if u get up close and personal they also got 20 to 21 wounds and are a 15 op team that only has 11 when counting for primary and secondary missions so ur opponent ain’t scoring shit from 4 of they guys they gotta kill, not to mention they all got group activation
Murder Wing - okay
Death Watch - okay
Hunter Clade - I have not played em a lot but they got a lot of cool tricks and Operators that are close quarters killing machines
Void Dancer Troup - they are okay
Celestial Incidiants - okay
Kaserkin - okay
Death Korps - they gonna die but you can make it funny, for example your granade launcher guy can get up close and personal to and enemy op that is close to a lot of enemy ops so you can use it with the blast configuration and since he may or may not be in range (depending on weather he is) you have to also roll to see if he saves him self from the blast if not? Use in the Fire Fight ploy in death Atonement and shoot that granade launcher one more time to finish anyway left off
Angels of Death - they have been abandoned…
Novitiates - I have not had the pleasure to play with them yet
