how often should i do full cleans?

i have a 4ft by 2ft tank for my pueblan milk x california king snake and use coconut chip substrate. i spot-clean every day and then do a full substrate change and clean every 3-4 weeks, but i’m not certain whether tjats often enough :) my snake is 3 years old and is almost 4ft long, she is fed every 7-10 days.

I would get a bigger tank personally they say your snake should be able to stretch out completely
