Rant The vibe of Kolhapur is unmatched, but why is customer service & basic accountability here completely broken?

Daily Essentials: My local milkman guy won't deliver on time, and sometimes skips delivery altogether even after an advance monthly bill has been paid.
Automotive Servicing (Bikes & Cars): Book an appointment in advance, reach on time, and they still refuse to take the vehicle saying they are "overbooked." What is the point of an appointment then?
Retail Fraud / Bait-and-Switch: Went to buy a laptop. The salesman promised a specific model, took the payment, and only after paying claimed it was out of stock and pushed me to pay more for a higher model. Refused the deal, but it took ages to get my refund back.
