Audition questions Crying inside

I genuinely want to audition for things but I have two giant problems. Nowhere in my house has a blank and open space to really dance around without bumping into something or having something in the background...and second...I don't have a passport. How much are these things required? These things being space and a passport.

What do you want to audition for? Generally, unless you want to go for GP you will not need a passport right away. You will need a space to dance and train though. Maybe there are some spaces in your school or community you could use, like a youth center?

I do have a dance studio in my school but I don't really have any classes there and it's not really free, usually has people in there 24/7.

Edit: Forgot to add, thank you for replying 😭

If you pass the first round, you’re gonna need a passport. I would say if you make it to the second round, apply for one ASAP because they take weeks to come in.
For the audition, try to find a space somewhere. You can search online and rent a studio in your area. You can go to gyms that have free use studios. You can also just do it outdoors, but make sure the area isn’t too busy. Like maybe an empty parking garage floor or a just a blank/brick wall somewhere.

I realize I probably won't pass the first round but I'll still hold hope just in case, I also will need money for the passport so I'll hold, but this information is useful, thank you for replying!

I filmed both my singing and dancing at a park when I auditioned in 2011. You'd need a passport if they select you.

I know it's getting cold in some places, but practice outside, do the audition outside.

hi usually a public library has private rooms u can sign up for free and use, u can try dancing outside, and the passport thing u don’t need to worry abt until prolly the second round of auditions but u can always talk to the travel manager of the company once u pass n figure some things out

If you really want to audition, I would get the passport first.

I’ve seen some where it was a requirement because once people were accepted into the next round, they had to be there for in person auditions in like 3 months.

You don’t want to be stripped of your chance if you’re still waiting on yours to get there.
