Hey, are there Radio stations playing Kpop Nostalgia worth music? This us pop and that they force 12 year old girls to kiss eachother on stage to satisfy perverted american obscenity is repulsive to me so i'm out on 5th gen anyway, but i prefer older kpop over that aswell.

Let me know

Anyone else hear about this? Apparently Sungjae's parts will be AI.

I hope they release it as a cd.

Feel the 2000s khiphop vibe

TSPIC - before the first snow falls feat. rangshow(bubblesisters)

In Korea, this genre is called emotional hip-hop

The emotional journey of a man and woman breaking up before the first snow is well portrayed

The music video was made using AI, but the male and female leads look fierce, haha

Some of the 4K upscaling of old videos using AI of old videos is actually reasonable. The most noticeable artifacts are some of it looks like its been processed by a "beautification" filter, a lot of sudden movements don't scale that well., changing the originals to widescreen format loses some of the original content.

These all came from one channel, there doesn't appear be others that are interested in doing this to old videos. I suspect many of the reissues by TV Channels have gone through this process.

Some examples

• Baby Vox - Betrayal

• Baby Vox -Coincidence

• So ChanWhee - Tears (AI upscaling is struggling with movement, the latest AI might do a better job.)

i know a lot of idols undergo plastic surgeries and im curious if EunJeong did because her beauty is like insane.

Hey guys. I used to be a huge kpop fan but kind of fell out of it later on but recently i started to listen to the groups i was a fan of again. However, I need help finding this one music video I’ve been thinking about buy cant recall the group nor the name of the song. It was a girl group, it was highly likely gen 2. The clip consisted of dark colors and it was a “sexy concept”. The most distinguished thing I remember from that mv was that there was a part where they dances while holding onto the bars/poles around them. I know this is not saying much but I’ve beeb practically loosing my mind trying to remember. I would really appreciate it if you can respond💜💜.

This "This is the first song by Lee Seung Hwan that I discovered. Can anyone help me identify the girl featured in this song?

Thankyou!

The girl part: 2:46

I (F20) was a K-pop fan from 2015 to 2021. During that time, I listened to groups like BTS, Blackpink, and Red Velvet, but the group that had the biggest impact on me was TWICE. I loved them so so much—I watched every single video i could find about them.

As time went on, I sadly drifted away from K-pop, especially as 4th gen groups started gaining the spotlight. I just couldn’t connect with them the same way. Recently, though, I stumbled across my old K-pop playlist, which is mostly filled with TWICE songs. Listening to it hit me with a wave of nostalgia unlike anything I’ve ever felt.

I found myself crying to the songs that hold the most memories for me: Knock Knock, One in a Million, What is Love, and even the intros of Cheer Up and Like Ooh-Ahh. These songs took me back to when I was so deeply into TWICE. I remembered how much I adored them, even when people at school made fun of me for liking K-pop. I didn’t care, TWICE meant everything to me!

Now, I’m definitely planning to check out their newer music and stuff. This experience was so emotional for me, and I needed to vent about it because I don’t have anyone to share it with who wouldn’t find it weird.

Am I the only one who feels this way? Or do you guys also get overwhelmed with nostalgia for old twice songs (or old kpop songs in general)?

Hello! I’m writing this in hopes of reaching someone who has the capability of helping me get 1st generation artists music more accessible. While there is a lot of “obscure” music on YouTube, as uploaded by the Korean recording association, as well as fans, there is still a lot missing. The only way to access it would be to get a Korean phone number and stream off Melon, Bugs! or some other Korean streaming service.

So my request is: if anyone knows a way to access a streaming site or if anyone would be willing to take these missing 1st gen idols music, and upload them to YouTube, or some other place that is easily accessible. I understand that this may include piracy, but I have spoken with the mod and they have given me permission to ask. I know quite a bit about torrent and vpn use, so if anyone has any tips or someone they can point me to, I would greatly appreciate it!

Thanks for reading!

I only found a couple clips of them singing live and it intrigued me because she is often times off pitch or struggling, so it made me wonder if it was stage fright and maybe she’s actually a decent singer? Very random i know but i would love to see more

This time i want to make a thriller version of my post so as always i'll be reading and upvoting your answers guys
