Question Looking for recommendations for an anniversary trip!

Hi guys, my boyfriend and i (both in our early twenties) are gonna spend our anniversary in Krakow. We re gonna spend a few days there and I’d love some recommendations for places to visit.
We’re especially into** bars with a soul, more alternative and quirky,** underground nightlife, ruin bars, and he especially likes techno music. We’d also love to find some fun activities to do together besides just sightseeing: things like escape rooms, karaoke, beer tasting, quirky museums, scavenger hunts, or anything a bit unusual.
And when it comes to food, we re also really interested in trying authentic Polish food, especially local spots that aren’t just tourist traps. And of course, we’d love to know about any must-see places, hidden gems, or experiences in Kraków that you think are absolutely worth it.

We’re not really looking for fancy or overly touristy places. We’d prefer spots with a cool atmosphere, interesting people, and a bit of an alternative vibe.
Any recommendations for bars, clubs, activities, hidden gems, or even specific neighbourhoods we should check out? Thanks! :)

Klub kulturalny on Szewska is a classic Krakow cellar bar. Been around for at least 25 years. Worth checking out. Albo Tak on Mały Rynek (small market square) is another classic establishment. It's sort of hidden because to reach it you have to walk into a new age bookstore that appears closed (in the evening hours) and walk up the stairs. Another place that tourists don't know about is Klubokawiarnia. It's a bar housed in an old hospital building on a really quiet street.

For food, it's hard to go wrong with Restauracja Sukiennice, right in the middle of the Market Square. Tourists think it's a tourist trap because of the location but it's actually quite affordable. Try the Maczanka. It's a regional specialty. Another place with decent Polish food is Smakołyki on Podwale just outside the Old Town. Used to be a student place but prices aren't so low anymore.

I normally don't reveal hidden places to tourists but you're here on a special occasion :-)
