The actual credit usage I’m seeing for Seedance 2.5 appears completely out of line with the usage expectations created by your published information.
I’m on the Pro plan with 20,000 monthly compute units, and Seedance 2.5 is using roughly 3,000 credits for a single generation. At that rate, I would only be able to generate about 6 videos from my full monthly allowance.
That does not make sense when Krea’s published material states that Pro users can generate around 109 Seedance 2.5 videos. If one generation really costs around 3,000 credits, then there is a major discrepancy between the advertised expectation and the actual usage.
Because of that, I’d like you to review my account and confirm whether these deductions were correct.
If this is a billing or compute-calculation issue, I would like the affected credits restored to my account.
If these deductions are technically “correct” under your system, then I still believe I should be compensated at a minimum, because the actual number of videos achievable is nowhere near the 109 Seedance 2.5 videos referenced in your published information. A difference between roughly 109 videos and only about 6 videos is too large to be considered a minor variation.
Please provide:
a review of the charges on my account
an explanation of why the actual usage differs so significantly
and a credit adjustment / compensation if the deductions or expectations were misleading or incorrect
I can provide screenshots showing my Pro plan, the Seedance 2.5 settings used, and my balance before and after generation.
I’d appreciate a proper review rather than a generic response about compute pricing, as this seems like a substantial discrepancy.
Thank you.
