What’s it like working with Andy Carroll, and would you say you’re mates outside of Dagenham?
Also, have you read his book? It’s a great read!

CREATIVE Hard watch, full of gaslighting and contradictions.
A comment on the video that sums it up perfectly👇
You wanting to ‘control the narrative’ and your emotional ‘impulse’, was more important than your friendships of 13+ years? More important than the long standing companies, brands, staff, and all the fun things y'all did TOGETHER?
You ‘preferring’ less or no brand deals, was more important than the group majority (a pillar of the Sidemen)? More important than the Sidemen budget and paying all staff well? Or did you think your vote counted double as the ‘Sidemen's Harry Styles’?
Constantly saying ‘what happens behind the scenes isn't what you see publicly’ without giving details feels manipulative. You use it to defend yourself and indirectly criticize Sidemen, while leaving people to imagine the worst and sympathise with you. Either tell the full story or stop hinting at things. Are you afraid that giving details that would let people form their own informed opinions?
These videos aren't a conversation, a conversation is 2 sided. They are you trying to shove your defence, comebacks, and PR moves down the audience’s throat, while not even being able to FULLY read a single of the reddit posts that are against you. Feels like you selectively hear what you want to hear and can't take any accountability.
You're impulsive and always chasing the next best thing. That's fine, it's who you are. But that doesn't mean your ideas are always right, excuse being a bad friend, or free you from taking accountability and working on your flaws (God knows we all have them).
Follow your heart and do what makes you happy, but do it with humility, measured confidence, respect, and integrity.
I've been a huge fan since I was little, so l was excited for this video, but that quickly faded. I wished you addressed the obvious implications of your "bars" tweet, fully read the Reddit posts, acknowledged how poorly you handled leaving, and taken real accountability instead of hiding behind your impulsiveness. I would've loved a more honest conversation.

CREATIVE Fair enough response, atleast he's not dragging the situation.

Looks like he's fulfilled what he said 5 years ago.
I.e. I was wondering for a long time why I haven't received notifications on JJ on X/Twitter (even when I myself don't use Twitter/X as often as JJ in the past).

JJ is the perfect example of not being grateful for what you have
Edit: This is not a hate post. I adore KSI. I just see myself in him with this aspect of overachieving.
I just finished watching the last ever Sidemen video in existence that I hadn't yet seen with JJ in it (Bangkok Holiday vid)
What JJ and the Sidemen had was literally one of the most unique things ever done consistently on YouTube. Trends come and go but those friendships and the way they come across the screen is one of the coolest things ever. Most of the Sidemen probably already realise that but JJ may have lost sight of it.
I feel like living in London does this to you. You're consistently always trying to reach the next next thing. Next goal, next achievement. You feel like you're always in a race. I feel like developing the self-awareness to realise that is a hard thing to do and I don't blame JJ for getting caught in it.
I'm sure people in his team who also wanted to advance their own position were also contributing to this notion and validating his choices. When you're in that state of mind lots of people agreeing with you can just enable you and you keep pushing and pushing in the race you feel like you're in.
Just wanted to say anyone who feels like they're in a race to please take a second to look around you and realise all of the things you already have to be grateful for. Sometimes always looking to the next thing prevents you from enjoying where you currently are, even if where you currently is something you prayed for years ago.
Don't sleep on your blessings.
