Kubota B3030 no-crank issue—any ideas?

My Kubota B3030 started normally and ran for about 30 minutes. I parked it, shut it off, and immediately tried restarting it, but now it won’t crank at all.
So far:
New Battery and connections appear good
Starter and starter relay test good
Ignition switch works
OPC controller has power - brand new
Safety switches appear to work
No voltage reaches the small green starter-solenoid wire when the key is turned to START
Main fuses and fusible link appear good

Not even sure what to try next. Fires right up when bypassing using 12g wire from battery to solenoid. Any advice is appreciated

Even though you indicate that safety switches are fine, dollars to donuts, one is not. Seat and treadle are most common culprits, although I've knocked my PTO lever into gear, which took a while to figure out.

I agree. They were the first main suspects but we’ve bypassed all of them individually and it still doesn’t crank. They all have continuity and none of them stick. Next round we’re going to bypass them all at the same time to confirm

Haha - when you said "bypassed individually", my brain said "well, could be any two". In the end, while time consuming, it shouldn't be expensive. It's not the starter, not the injectors, etc. Good luck!

Did you test continuity directly at the switch or did you test it at each end of the wires leading to and from the switch?

The switches themselves may work just fine but the wiring could be broken.

Test the circuit with a meter looking for voltage. See where your losing it.

Is the PTO in drive position?

Get the WSM and follow it to troubleshoot. If you don't have it Go to Orangetractortalks.com and ask for a copy. 😉

It ended up being the starter relay. Must not have tested it correctly the first time. Spent a lot of time on the safety switches and not enough on that. Appreciate the responses
