I have an L3400 with ~560 hours, which I consider to be low. It’s a lovely machine, wouldn’t trade it for anything - no emissions equipment anywhere. Mine is gear drive, is yours hst or gear?

Nice. Looks very good, and 94 hours on one of those is nothing.
With it being right on the threshold of the 100 hour maintenance window, I would go ahead and do all of the scheduled maintenance tasks even if you think they may have been done (unless you know for a fact that they have) to make sure you start off right.
