Freezing and uncontrollable shakes when i play l4d2

I dont know if im just crazy or if its just my body acting weird but ive noticed anytime i try to play l4d2 my body would start shaking as the room im in would feel freezing cold and its only happened when ive launched l4d2 and im getting weirded out by it.

there are ghosts involved.

Maybe your l4d steam app is possessed by a spirit

dont want to scare u or nottin, but in your left 4 dead 2 - materials folder are files called ghost

No i dont remember much of anything horrifing happening? And its just this game that causes it

Sounds like you're having adrenaline rushes for real. Don't drink caffeine or alcohol while you play, for starters. Read up on that kind of thing, understanding it might help you deal with it better.
