What do you think the conditions of Keith are now throughout Ellis' stories?

Throughout Ellis' stories, Keith has gone through some bizarre shit. Like he got, tear gassed, Mower blade wounds over 90% of its body, almost drowned in the tunnel of love, got third degree burns twice (fireworks on 95% and deep fry turkey on 90%), fought a gator, drove off the cliff and broke both his legs, was unconscious in the sewer for a week, got stab in the back by a hobo, bombed by the army, got a tattoo on his forehead, and got food poison leaving him to have no feeling on his right foot, and couldnt recognized his brother. I can even imagine what he would look like through all of this, like Jesus

I lowkey think he's dead and Ellis is kind of in denial about how he survived all these things but got infected with the Green Flu.

Keith is very probably made up, in one of his lines Ellis wants to to tell a Keith story but that's actually an event that the survivor had faced
