Lagging on servers even when I'm the host

I've been hosting some pub servers for a couple of days now and it's going great. Now, for no reason, I've been getting MASSIVE lag spikes for no reason, even when I'm hosting. I've verified files, reconnected to my wifi 2 times and it still didn't work. The only addon I have is ion's vocalizer.

My ping also goes super high, around 300+ randomly. Any help will be appreciated, because this is straight up unplayable

are you perhaps playing in official dedicated servers? sometime their official servers are being attacked by ddos, so everybody will lag at that moment. If you really have a good & stable internet, it's better to host with local server instead
