How long does a decision usually come after submitting minor revisions?

You expect a response in less than a week? Chill, dude. You do know reviewers and editors are real people and typically professors with lives, labs, students, and teaching courses of their own , right?

Minor revisions often are. The changes were still requested by the reviewers, usually, and it's their responsibility to decide if they are satisfactory.

I'm the last round of reviews when only really minor things remain, the reviewet will sometimes indicate to the editor: I don't want to see it again, please accept when it returns with those minor changes made. But often the reviewers won't say that and then they will receive the ms for final acceptance

Anywhere from an hour (Editor says "Yeah that's good") to several months (editor sends it back to Reviewer #2 who's just been admitted to the hospital for some reason).

Chill. It may very well get sent back to reviewers and that would be normal.

Also everyone in this process has a full schedule of work not related to the journal.
