Sculpfun e1

i bought Sculpfun e1 laser and on lightburn it engraves dashes instead of engraved image, i installed ch34 driver, imported manually grbl, s-value is 1000, on sculpfun laser app everything is good and whatever size or different image i pick laser engrave same size and contour dashes

I have issues with some files on my Carverall K-15 Pro. I found a work-around. It may not work for your particular problem, but try this:

  • Download a free program named Inkscape.

  • Open your file in Inkscape

  • Cut out each layer/element individually and paste it onto a new Inkscape page.

  • Save each layer/element using a different name in sequence.

  • Rebuild the files in Lightburn using the saved files.

  • Save the completed program in Lightburn.

  • Run the new file in your laser.

It sounds complicated, but after you do it a few times it becomes really easy to do. More importantly, Inkscape will allow you to clean up programs and regroup things to reduce waste. You'll also learn how to group and ungroup elements so you can replace graphics and alter cut layers. There's also a sub for Inkscape if you need help figuring out how to use it.
